To be eligible for the NDIS, you must be under 65 years old, live in Australia (and be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa), and have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to take part in everyday activities. The NDIS also provides early intervention supports for people whose disability is likely to benefit from early support.
